Who am I?

I create the jewelry I would have liked to find. Since they didn't exist, I imagined them.

Before jewelry, there was painting.

For many years, I wanted to be a painter. What always fascinated me was color: how shades interact with each other, create an emotion, a balance, a harmony. My large paintings required weeks of work and took up immense space, both in my studio and in my life.

Then came the earrings.

I rediscovered the same joy of composing colors, but with a new freedom. I understood that I could continue to create paintings... just in a different form. Paintings that are worn, that live with those who choose them and accompany them daily.

When I started creating jewelry, I hardly wore any jewelry myself. I couldn't find what I was looking for: light, colorful, textile, elegant creations, capable of bringing a lot of personality without ever being ostentatious. I didn't even have pierced ears. I had them pierced so I could wear my own creations.

Very quickly, I set myself a rule: not to reproduce what already existed. I wanted to develop my own language, my own technique, my own universe. I explored micro-macrame, then I combined it with Japanese Miyuki beads, natural stones, and meticulous color work. Gradually, this technique became my signature.

I don't create by following trends. I create the jewelry I want to wear.

I like a simple, natural elegance that transcends years. An elegance that goes equally well with jeans and a T-shirt as with a more dressed-up outfit. In my eyes, a beautiful pair of earrings has this discreet power to transform a silhouette, to bring light to the face, and to define a look, without ever trying to attract attention at all costs.

Some of the creations I imagined more than fourteen years ago are still part of my collection today. They continue to be chosen because they were never designed to follow a trend, but to express a personal vision of color, harmony, and elegance.

Each piece of jewelry is entirely handmade, to order, in my studio. Depending on the model, a pair of earrings takes between one and five hours of work. I create in peace, surrounded by my cats. For more than twenty years, meditation has been part of my daily life; it nourishes my concentration, my patience, and that quality of presence that accompanies each of my movements.
